Move to a complete system without stopping a single day.

Whether your books live in Excel, in a cloud accounting app or in an ERPNext on your own server, we carry your data across — and your old system keeps running beside the new one until you are sure.

Your new system and its backups stay in Saudi Arabia.

Where are you moving from?

Pick your starting point, and the route redraws itself: the stops on the way, what we carry over, what to have ready, and the package that takes you there.

Usually takes2–3 weeks with Launch, 4–6 with Growth

The stops on the way

  1. Day 1

    A kickoff call

We map how you work today and send an Excel template for each list.

  2. Week 1

    Your lists, checked

You fill the templates from your sheets; we read them and point at duplicates and gaps before anything is imported.

  3. Week 2

    Set up and imported

Company, chart of accounts and VAT set up, your lists imported, and you check the totals against your own sheets.

  4. Weeks 2–3

    E-invoicing and training

E-invoicing connected to ZATCA and tested, your logo on the invoice, and each team trained on its own screens.

  5. Your date

    Go-live

The first invoice issued from the system with us on call, then two weeks of follow-up.

What moves with you, and what gets better.

A move should change how much work the system does for you, not what your business looks like.

Comes with you as it is

  • Your customers and suppliersAnd your items, under the names your team knows.
  • Your numbersEvery balance carries on from where it stopped.
  • Your invoiceYour VAT number and your logo, as your customers know them.
  • Your wordsThe way your team names things stays the way it is.

Gets better

  • One systemEach sale updates stock and books.
  • E-invoicing readyReady for ZATCA from day one.
  • Reports at any momentInstead of a month-end round-up.
  • In Saudi ArabiaYour system and its nightly backups stay in the Kingdom.

Nothing is switched off until you say so.

The safest move is the one you can walk back from. Your old system is yours: it keeps running beside the new one for as long as you want to compare.

2 weeks side by side

Drag to choose when the old system closes.

  • Old and new, side by side

Nothing is turned off at go-live. You compare the two for as long as you like, and you decide when the old one closes.

  • Your data stays yours

Download a full backup of your database and files from your dashboard whenever you like. No exit fee: if you leave, your data leaves with you.

Before you move.

From spreadsheets or a cloud app, usually two to three weeks with the Launch package and four to six with Growth. From an ERPNext on your own server, the time is set in the written scope after a workshop. How ready your data is decides it more than anything else.
