This notice covers the personal information RAMCORE holds about the people who use our website and console. The business data inside your ERPNext systems is yours, and is covered by our terms of service.
What we collect
When you sign up: your name, email address, mobile number, company name, password (stored only as a one-way hash), the version of the terms you agreed to, and whether you want product email.
How you found us: the answer you choose at sign-up, and — remembered by your browser from your first visit — the campaign tags on the link you followed, the site that sent you, the first page you saw, and the names (not the values) of any ad-click identifiers.
When you sign in: the time, your IP address and your browser's description, and a random identifier for your browser kept in a cookie, so we can tell you about a sign-in from a browser we have not seen before.
For billing: the legal name, tax and registration numbers, national address and invoice email you give us.
Why we use it
To run your account and systems, to bill you, to keep your account secure, to answer you when you write to us, and — only if you chose it — to send you product news. How you found us tells us which channels are worth our effort.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as billing records and the security trail require. Sign-in records are kept for a limited period.
Your choices
From Account and security in the console you can correct your details, stop product email, download everything we hold about you, sign out of every device, and delete your login. You can also write to us to ask about or correct anything here.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, two-step sign-in secrets are encrypted, sign-in attempts are limited, and every change to your login is recorded and emailed to you.
