Questions owners ask.
No. The servers, updates, backups, monitoring and security are ours. Your team uses the system; we keep it running.
You do. The system's System Manager account is in your name, and you can download a full backup of your database and files from your dashboard at any time. There is no exit fee.
Our support signs in only through a window you open from your dashboard. It lasts 24 hours and closes on its own, you can revoke it earlier, and everything done inside is logged in the system.
Every system is checked every 5 minutes, day and night, so we usually know before you do. Support runs around the clock on WhatsApp; when work has stopped, the first response comes in under 15 minutes.
Updates are tried on our test systems before they reach yours, your system is backed up just before, and they are applied outside your working hours. Major version upgrades are done in stages.
Message us. We confirm with you which copy, take a snapshot of the current state first, and restore it for you. A backup is never restored without your request.
Yes. Fields, print formats, reports and workflows can be adjusted by our team, each at a fixed price or in a written quote.
