Terms of service

The agreement between RAMCORE and the businesses that use it.

  9. Changes to these terms

These terms cover your use of RAMCORE: the website, the customer console, and the ERPNext systems we run for you. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you register.

  1. What we provide

RAMCORE runs ERPNext systems for your business: we create them, keep them updated, back them up, and keep them reachable. What each system includes — applications, users, storage, domains — is set by the plan you choose for it.

Implementation, data migration, training and custom development are separate services, agreed and priced on their own.

  2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. The person who creates an account is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite.

Keep your password to yourself and turn on two-step sign-in. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

  3. Your data

The business data in your systems is yours. We access it only to run, support and protect the service, or when you ask us to.

You can export your data while your account is active. When a system is closed, its data is kept for a short period so it can be recovered, then deleted.

  4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to store content you have no right to, or to attack or overload any system — ours or anyone else's.

We may suspend a system that puts other customers or the platform at risk, and will tell you why.

  5. Fees and billing

Each system is billed in advance for its cycle at the plan's price, plus value-added tax where the law requires it. Invoices are issued to the billing details you give us.

If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, we will remind you, and may suspend the affected systems until it is settled. Suspension does not delete data.

  6. Availability and backups

We keep every system available and backed up to the levels published on our service commitments page, which form part of these terms. Beyond those levels we do not promise uninterrupted service.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

  7. Ending the service

You can close a system or your account at any time from the console. Fees already paid for a cycle are not refunded unless the law requires it.

We may end the service with notice if these terms are seriously broken, or if we stop offering it, and will give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

  8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected system in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.

  9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we will tell you in advance by email and in the console. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
